1^st 2^nd I will abide by the mission, rules, regulations, policies, and programs of AKKCR while I am a volunteer.

1^st 2^nd If I stop being a volunteer for AKKCR for any reason I will promptly return all of AKKCR supplies, equipment, records, monies, and other items in my possession in good clean condition.

1^st 2^nd AKKCR rescues are to only volunteer with one organization. Our rescued animals are not to associate with other animal rescue organizations.

1^st 2^nd No one without the approval of AKKCR are allowed to administer aid to AKKCR.

1^st 2^nd I assume the risk of being bitten, scratched, injured, or frightened by animals rescued by AKKCR.

1^st 2^nd AKKCR is not liable for any injuries, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, cost, or expenses in connection to AKKCR.

1^st 2^nd I agree to keep children away from baby kittens until 6 weeks of age.

1^st 2^nd I agree to keep children away from puppies until 8 weeks of age.

1^st 2^nd I agree to keep any ill animal quarantined and follow AKKCR Illness Protocol. If unable to quarantine said animal AKKCR must be notified.

1^st 2^nd AKKCR requires you to provide transportation of foster animals in your care to their veterinarian appointments and adoption events drop off and pick up. If you are unable to transport you will need to notify AKKCR prior to appointments so other arrangements can be made.

1^st 2^nd I agree to not leave any animal of AKKCR in my car unattended.

1^st 2^nd I agree if transporting an animal I will use a crate or leash.

1^st 2^nd I agree to not transport any AKKCR rescue without permission from AKKCR.

1^st 2^nd I agree to if caring for bottle fed kittens to keep formula, syringes, bottles, nipples in the refrigerator when not in use and to use a clean syringe, bottle, nipple at each feeding.

1^st 2^nd I agree if caring for bottle feed kittens to follow AKKCR NICU Protocol and if unable to do so I will notify AKKCR.

1^st 2^nd I agree if I have a pregnant cat to keep her isolated in a quiet area away from all other animals and follow AKKCR Maternity Protocol.

1^st 2^nd I agree at anytime I can not longer provide proper time to care of any animal in my care that I will notify AKKCR.

1^st 2^nd This agreement is binding upon AKKCR and myself.
